Order Management System

GcAnyOrder Order Management System allows you to easily accept or reject orders. After accepting an order, you can choose the delivery time; when rejecting an order, you can choose the reason for rejection. The order confirmation will be sent back to the ordering system, can also be sent to the consumer directly via SMS or Email.

Order Receive & Process

The Order Management System gives the restaurants three ways to process the order when it arrives: Auto Print Order; Display Order content; Display Order List.

Auto Print Order

When the new order comes in, it will be auto printed out. After the restaurant accepted or rejected the order, the confirmation will be sent to the ordering system and printed on the bottom of the receipt.

Display Order Content

When the new order comes in, it will be displayed on the screen. After the restaurant accepted the order, the confirmation will be sent to the ordering system, and the order content with confirmation will be printed out. If the order should be rejected, the order will not be printed out.

Display Order List

When the new orders come in, they will be listed under “Pending Orders”, the restaurant will confirm them one by one, to accept or reject each order, and print accepted orders.

Accept / Reject Options

The Order Management System allows you to accept orders with specified delivery times or reject them with custom reasons for unavailability.

Accept or Reject Manually

When the new order comes in, it will be auto printed out. After the restaurant accepted or rejected the order, the confirmation will be sent to the ordering system and printed on the bottom of the receipt.

Set up automatic order acceptance to reduce manual operations and improve efficiency.

The order shall be accepted manually. It will pop up requested time and ask for inputting time for delivery.

Reject order and select unavailable reason

The order will be accepted automatically. It will ask to select or input time for delivery.

Preset unavailable reasons for rejected orders

The order will be accepted automatically and printed out for food preparing. It doesn’t need manual operations.
